📝 My Story
While exploring Kauai, our cozy home base for the trip was the Sunset Kahili Condominium in the town of Poipu — and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
The location was prime: centrally located for accessing both the east and west sides of the island.
Plus, it was close enough to Poipu Beach that we could walk to the water in just a few minutes!
We booked through Vrbo, and our host Maureen made the stay even better.
The condo was fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi — literally everything you could need to enjoy your time on the island.
Watching the sunsets from our lanai (balcony) every evening was truly magical.
The name "Sunset Kahili" definitely lives up to its reputation!
If you’re looking for a quieter, homier alternative to a big resort, we highly recommend staying here.
