If you come to Maui and don’t do the Road to Hana… did you even go to Maui? 😄
This legendary drive hugs the lush northeastern coastline of the island and is one of the most iconic experiences you can have here. Over 600 sharp turns, more than 50 narrow one-lane bridges, and countless hidden waterfalls, rainforests, and beaches await you.
We had no idea what to expect when we started — but GuideAlong made all the difference. Without it, we would have missed so many incredible stops (and local stories!).
From roadside waterfalls to sweeping ocean views, every bend of the Road to Hana feels like it leads to another jaw-dropping scene. And trust me — it’s about the journey, not the destination. Hana itself is sleepy, but the road to get there is pure magic.
